- Make timely payments as per agreed terms.
3. Payments & Fees
- Refunds: Limited to circumstances outlined in your service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
- We retain ownership of proprietary strategies, tools, and templates.
- Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and content.
5. Confidentiality
- Client data is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
- Outstanding fees must be paid upon termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages (lost profits).
- Delays caused by third parties ( Google/Facebook policy changes).
8. Third-Party Tools
- Clients must comply with terms of linked tools ( Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
9. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation or mediation in Pakistan/Punjab.
10. Updates to Terms
- We may update these Terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
